SERVICE DAY TIPS

To avoid being missed:
- Pay your trash bill on time or make payment arrangements before it is delinquent.
- Bag & tie your garbage. It will keep debris from falling out and it will keep your can clean.
- Have your trash container out to the street with the arrows pointing towards the street the night before your scheduled pick up day.
- The container is considered full at the rim of the container. The lid needs to be closed.
- Nonconforming waste is not allowed in the can.
- Leave a 6 foot clearance around the container. The grippers on the truck can damage something in the way of grabbing the can.
- Make sure the can is upright and ready for pickup even during and after bad weather. The driver is not responsible to pick up cans and fallen debris.
- If the road is flooded and we are not able to go down your road, we will try again later on down the work week. You may need to wait until your following pick up day when it dries up.
- No trash service on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. We will put a note on your billing card if your pick up day changes.
